While I am waiting for the
first heavy snow to test the effectiveness of your work, I would like to
take this opportunity to compliment the crew that did the work at my
home. From Jeff, who provided the estimate and courteously followed
up with timely answers to our questions, to Bob, who scheduled the work,
to the crew who did the work, everyone did a praiseworthy job.
The crew was probably the
best that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the ten years that I
have been in the area. They did an excellent job! They arrived
promptly when they said they would, they were polite, helpful,
painstakingly neat, accommodating, explained every step of what they were
doing, and, in general, did an excellent job! They also did a
wonderful job restoring the landscaping. They were the best! Thanks

Dear Desert Dry, IT WORKED! Our recently completed Desert Dry project
survived Hurricane Isabel. I can't tell you how thrilled we are with
the work your crew did and the results of the work.
For the 9+ years that
we've owned this lakefront weekend home, we've battled a flooded
basement during summer rains and winter snowmelt. We've put your
work to the test with Hurricane Isabel with rains amounting to over
5" and winds that forced runoff water to rush at an increased speed.
Since our property is "nestled" low between neighboring houses
and sloped down from the road, our property is a sitting target for water
to rest upon and in. And even though we've had a sump pump in the
basement for two years, the water still came through two sealed window
well and seeped up through the floor. BUT NOT THIS TIME! Not
only did you pass, but came through with flying colors. (Permission

wonderful and went above and beyond to finish the job. He left the
basement cleaner than it's been in 10 years; he used extra dirt from the

area, he left that area in great shape. He also was polite,
